Typically this time of year, we have little to offer in the way of exciting fishing reports unless we get an early start to the ice fishing.
However, with temperatures this week ranging from the mid 40's to low 50's, folks are out there fishing the ponds and making some more than respectable catches.
Over the past week, we have weighed in or been sent catch and release pictures of a 3lb Rainbow Trout ,a 4 and 5lb Brown Trout, and a couple 5-6 lb Salmon.
Most of the anglers are making these catches on shiners fished still on the bottom, but a few of the salmon were caught on Rapala Husky Jerks in the black silver and clown colors.
We have everything you need here in stock at the store if you want to go give it a try.
